The Administration Assistant, Professional Services will provide administrative and organisational support to the section including, member support, Welfare, Industrial and Research.
About You
To be considered for this position you will need to clearly demonstrate the following essential skills and experience:
Computer skills; MS Office suite and working knowledge of database applications with relevant experience in office administration
Strong communication skills
Experience in drafting and compiling information for correspondence
High level attention to detail and the ability to multi-task and time manage
Planning and organising skills
Respect for sensitivity and confidentiality of issues handled
Positive attitude to unionism
