Your New Company Join one of Australia's most reputable facilities services companies, located in Kingsgrove.
Renowned for delivering exceptional service and innovative facility solutions, this company ensures their clients' operations run seamlessly.
Your New Role As the Administration/Customer Service Agent, you will manage the entire Work Order Management life cycle.
You must have full availability between Monday and Sunday, 7 AM to 10 PM, and will work on a rotating roster.
Your Responsibilities Liaise with customers regarding necessary work on their properties.
Accurately enter customer information into the work order system.
Update the work order system as progress is made.
Escalate challenging situations as needed.
Perform various administrative tasks.
Your Profile Will Demonstrate High attention to detail.
Previous experience in Data Entry, Administration, Maintenance, Customer Service, or Call Centre roles.
Ability to quickly learn new systems.
