The Opportunity As National Features and Publications Sales Manager you will be the central figure in the National strategy for Features and Special Publications. The location of this role is flexible and can be based in NSW, VIC, ACT or TAS. This is an exciting space driving continued profitable revenue into ACM but with significant scope for further growth. As National Features and Publications Sales Manager you will be responsible for: Develop and lead a high performing team through coaching, mentoring and performance management Leading a team of Telephone Sales Consultants to deliver on revenue and activity metrics Leading and co-ordinating support team to effectively co-ordinate execution of Features and Special Publications including hitting revenue targets and deadlines Delivering profitable revenue across our National Features and Special Publications production calendar Effective planning to ensure budgets are met while also supporting resource capacity of Commercial Editorial Team Effective stakeholder management across a National Field Sales Team Continuous process improvement Working in partnership with Commercial Finance team to ensure monthly/quarterly and annual budgets are met through effective planning The successful candidate will have: Demonstrated Sales Leadership Experience, preferably in a Telephone Sales Environment Ability to demonstrate a passion for coaching and development Exceptional leadership skills and ability to drive positive change Exemplary Stakeholder Management skills and experience Previous experience in the Media industry would be advantageous but not mandatory Effective planning to ensure budgets are met while also supporting resource capacity of Commercial Editorial Team Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise effectively Why you should join ACM ACM's purpose is driven by our passion for keeping our communities strong, informed and connected.
