Hear what it's like to work for NSW Ambulance ABOUT THE ROLE To provide secretarial and administrative support to the Associate Director, Workforce Planning and Programs and the broader Workforce Planning and Programs team. Career development and growth opportunities ABOUT YOU To be successful in this role, you will require the following experience and attributes: Commitment to provide exceptional administrative support in a demanding environment. Confident in your ability to prioritize and monitor workflows for multiple people. Capable to work autonomously and effectively follow business processes. High level of interpersonal communication skills; with the ability to work with a range of professionals. Ability to organize, track and manage correspondence, documents, records and data files. Proficiency in computer literacy and can learn new database software packages as required.
