Our Administration Department has two opportunities available for Administration Clerks to join the team at Wollongong Private Hospital! About The Roles 12 month fixed full-time contract: Theatre Bookings ClerkCasual Administration Clerk floatIn the theatre bookings position, you will be responsible for the theatre bookings, theatre scheduling and managing vacant theatre lists. You will be responsible for liaising with patients, surgeons consulting suites, pathology providers and all members of the theatre team.

In the casual position you will be required to be an all-rounder within the admin team, working on the ground reception, switchboard, day surgery admissions, and fill in for our ward clerks.

The successful candidates will be able to build relationships, engage and ensure open communication, be flexible, able to think on the run and manage numerous tasks at once.
