About the Role: We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to join our People & Culture team as an Administration Assistant, supporting our busy and fast paced National WHS & Compliance team. This role is crucial in ensuring our Company is compliant with all applicable laws, regulations, internal policies and programs.
Your primary responsibility will be to provide administrative support, monitor and maintain our WHS & Compliance program with responsibilities including:
Assist in the implementation, monitoring & administration of compliance policies and proceduresTrack, monitor & update compliance audits and assessmentsCollaborate with various departments to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policiesProvide support to employees on compliance-related matters as directed by the Safety, Health & Environment TeamPrepare and submit reports to management and regulatory bodies Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of compliance activities, registers and records including compliance training, vehicle and fixed assets and related service and maintenance schedulesAssist with the coordination of compliance training programsProvide additional administrative support to the Safety Business Partners as required About You: You will enjoy working in a busy, fast paced and dynamic environment in a Company that is diverse and evolving at a rapid pace. Administration, organisational skills and a high attention to detail must be your strength areas to succeed in this role together with a high proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
WHS or Compliance experience is not essential; it is the provision of administrative support to this expert team that is most critical.
