Women's and Children's Health Network, Corporate Services, Consumer & Community Engagement, North Adelaide (5006)Salary Classification - ASO2 - Administrative Services Officer L2 - $ 57,842 to $ 62,221Part Time (0.5) - Term Contract (Temporary up to 30 Dec 2024) About the OpportunityWe currently have an exciting opportunity to join the WCHN Volunteers Team as an Administration Assistant, where you will be responsible for: Develop and implement administrative systems to support the Volunteer Unit.Contribute to the timely, effective, and efficient operation of the Volunteer Unit.Maintaining the volunteer database and ensure its accuracy.Work unsupervised with the capacity to complete tasks independently.Reconcile and process payment of general office accounts.Process volunteer reimbursements.Collaborate with the Manager, WCHN Volunteers, and Coordinator, WCHN Volunteers.
About YouTo be successful in this role, you will have: Experience working with volunteers and knowledge of the National Standards for Volunteer Involvement.Commitment to high-level customer service with empathy for volunteers.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, Publisher).Strong written and verbal communication skills.Experience in a busy environment and collaborative teamwork.Ability to prioritize workload, meet deadlines, and adapt to change.Capability to work independently and use initiative.
