Third Party Logistics company located at Moorebank. We are looking for an  Administration Assistant - Warehouse to join our team on a full-time basis.  Experience in warehouse and/or logistics industry will be looked upon favourably.

Primary Objective: To ensure the warehouse data entry is carried out in the most efficient and accurate way.
To communicate effectively with the customer base to ensure their needs and requirements are best attended to in the most effective ways.
Duties: Under the general supervision of the Logistics Manager, carry out all activities associated with data entry for our logistics management systems, carriers and accounting platform.
Communicate effectively with all staff, customers and suppliers.
Use all equipment and systems necessary for the efficient functioning of the warehouse, including in particular scanners, computers, printers and phones.
Carry out data entry for carrier consignments, customer sales orders, customer shipments and customer invoicing.
Monitor stock levels of stationary and advise Logistics Manager when stocks need to be replenished.
Support floor staff with handling of paperwork for jobs, pick and pack orders as well as some fork lift activities when required.
Undertake stock takes and prepare related reports.
As necessary, liaise with customers on matters relating to the storage of their goods.
Skills Required: Strong command of English language – both written and oral.
Numeracy skills.
Computer skills – Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Outlook
Drivers licence
Forklift licence 
Personal Attributes: Ability to operate independently with initiative.
Accuracy and attention to detail.
Proven record of being reliable and punctual.
Strong interpersonal skills to facilitate effective internal as well as external communications at every level.
Ability to identify situations and to choose a sound course of action.
Results focus and a dedication to meet deadlines.
Ability to follow instructions, analyse successes and failures and learn from experience.
