Redeemer Lutheran College is seeking an experienced Administration Assistant to take on this permanent position commencing 17 January 2025.  The position is term time only (40 weeks), working 22.5 hours per week, days and hours of work to be negotiated with the successful candidate.
About the role: The Administration Assistant role is aimed at being a support to the Dean of Student (7-12) and the Heads of House.  The incumbent will assist and relieve as required at the Senior School reception. This support role is very much a "team" role, requiring the highest levels of cooperation with a broad range of staff. 
This position includes (but not limited to) the following:
Provide administrative and organizational support to the Dean of Students (7-12) and Pastoral Care Leaders;To relieve as required at the Senior School reception and share duties as required;Provide additional support to the administrative staff as required.Skills and Experience: Posses proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Publisher and PowerPoint) and ability to use the internet to obtain data and reference material;Knowledge of general office and administrative procedures and equipment;Experience using a school data base such as TASS is desirable;Commitment to ongoing professional learning;Proven ability to work unsupervised, meet deadlines, set priorities, be well-organized and able to work under pressure;Demonstrated good level of communication and interpersonal skills when relating to staff, students and the wider College Community;The ability to support the Christian ethos of the College.Applications should be addressed to Mrs Janelle Anderson, Principal and submitted as one combined PDF file via email to [email protected]  before 4:00pm on Friday 7 November 2024 .
