As the Administration Assistant, you will be responsible for a wide range of administrative and secretary duties to assist the Deputy Principal Head of Senior Campus and the Directors of Students.
This would include minute taking, distribution of minutes, preparation of meeting agendas, typing, photocopying and managing the calendar of the Deputy Principal.
This is an 12 month fixed term full time role which attracts seven weeks of annual leave (to be taken during the school holidays) and will commence on 28 January 2025 or by negotiation.
About You To be successful you will have previous experience in administrative duties and be able to maintain confidentiality.
Previous experience working in a large secondary College would be advantageous.
You must have a valid Working With Children Check.
You will also have a demonstrated commitment to Catholic education and to the safety and wellbeing of children.
