We are seeking a Administration Assistant in Recruitment and Bookings to join the local team. We are looking for someone with experience in recruitment, sales/customer service and administration work, and someone who is enthusiastic, has the drive and a 'can do' attitude.
This position is a FULL TIME role working Monday to Friday (38 hours a week) . Our office is based in Brisbane CBD. The position will be a casual role for the first 2 months and then converted to permanent .
You will be fully trained in the Administration of health recruitment and placement work. Our clients include public hospitals, private hospitals, aged care and community care homes. This is your opportunity to move into the health recruitment industry.
As part of this team, you will be required to be involved in all aspects of recruitment and placement including:
1. Phone screening and following up with nurses and carer applicants to onboard them to Mediserve by getting all the mandatory documents, certificates etc. and uploading in the system.
2. Booking of staff with hospitals and Aged Care over the phone , emails and booking portals.
3. Monitoring and updating staff compliance.
4. Maintaining client and customer relationships.
5. Reference checks.
6. Administer assessments, process records and update standard information.
7. General administration / ad hoc duties.
Candidates must be competent in MS Word, Excel and Outlook applications. Candidates must also have excellent and high level communication skills.
