Job Description Assist with responding and attending general queries from the team and supporting in administrative tasks Prepare and analysis of data for reporting purposes, including regular data audits Run checks around end of month invoicing and reporting.
Timesheet collation and verification.
Training in the business systems used on a regular basis Ensure the team are compliant in the various areas of business management systems within the set deadlines Document formatting Diary management Monitor group email as required Expense claim preparation/submission Event management for quarterly team events Sit at reception and make sure all meeting rooms are functional Qualifications 0 - 3 years' experience in a similar role Business administration/management qualification or relevant experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Experience with D365, Teams and Sharepoint would be an advantage Process driven and ability to prioritise competing demands.
Proactive approach with the ability to drive compliance requirements of the team.
Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
Possesses tact, diplomacy and assertiveness to achieve objectives Proven strong administrative ability and excellent organisational and communication skills Strong attention to detail Reliable, approachable, punctual and professional attitude.
Additional Information The salary range for this full-time role is $40K-$72K per year.
Ranges are determined by role and level and represent a good faith effort to provide a fair and equitable salary.
This range is a reflection of base salary only, not of a total compensation package.
