True Floors is growing and we're looking for an experienced & reliable Administration Assistant for our Coffs Harbour Office.
This role will be a part-time position, 3 days a week.

The Role
The Admin Assistant is responsible for overseeing the reception and showroom, while tending to ad hoc administrational duties.

Main duties include:
Tending reception and keeping the showroom clean & tidy.
Replacing samples after use/maintaining order.
Meeting & Greeting customers/clients.
Answering calls.
Ordering and maintaining of office supplies.
Liaising with builders, reps and customers.
Compilation of compliance documents for builders.
Entering purchase orders.
Assisting in the preparation of quotes.
The successful candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a reception or admin role.
Have sound knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and the willingness to learn new software programs.

This role will suit a real people person, whose friendly disposition is evident from the outset.
Must have attention to detail, as well as the ability to be proactive.
