Administration Assistant - Real Estate & Body Corporate

Our client is a well regarded Property company. Due to continued growth of their team they require an Administrator to drive efficiencies across their business. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual who enjoys providing high quality customer service and thrives off structure and consistency.   
SALARY, BENEFITS & CULTURE:  Up to $70,000 + Super (Dependent on experience) Be part of a fun, friendly, professional team, geared for growth Monday to Friday only Access to training to further develop your career and skills Career progression and growth offered Work with a collaborative & innovative team Great team environment with training, social events & networking opportunities Lots of systems, structures and procedures in place ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist the team with a variety of tasks Schedule meeting rooms and appointments Document Management Responsible for chairing weekly meetings and taking meeting minutes Day-to-day diary management and appointments for the team Other duties as required EXPERIENCE: Previous experience in the Property industry  A strong interest in Real Estate is a must Excellent verbal and written communication skills Exemplary organisation and time management skills Exceptional attention to detail Holding a current QLD Registration Certificate & valid driver's licence   Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities & multi-task Ability to manage multiple deadlines with ease HOW TO APPLY:
