This role is integral in supporting the day-to-day management and operations of this busy Livestock and property sales management business.

Here's a snapshot of your day:
Provide key support across all aspects of real estate sales administration, marketing, as well as general office administration duties.
Prepare & process invoices as required.
Maintain computer-based filing systems for the office and ensure that the team adopts efficient and timely filing practices.
Prepare listing kits and research content for market appraisals.
Establish positive relationships and provide prompt responses to customer requests.
Act as a point of contact for all supplier and customer-related queries.
Ensure documentation is up to date and appropriately recorded.
Manage all aspects of marketing property including organising photography, floor plans, and advertising campaigns.
Establish and maintain office processes and procedures for efficient day-to-day operations.
Provide HR and team support including HR compliance checks.

A rural background with an understanding of agricultural production.
Self-driven with a creative side to push our company's marketing/image to new levels.
Previous administrative experience working within a fast-paced office environment.
Understanding and experience in real estate administration will be highly regarded.
Excellent communication and customer service skills and the ability to interact with a broad range of stakeholders.
Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate data entry and reporting.
High level organisational skills, the ability to problem solve, and prioritize multiple tasks.
