The Role As our next Administration Assistant, you will report to the Bid Manager and will provide administrative support to the Estimating team to deliver estimates for building and construction projects valued up to $ 50 million. This role is responsible for but not limited to;
Administer shared email account Update and maintain information in the internal tender management systemUpdate and maintain relevant IT systems, databases and records Assist the team with tender collateral, presentations and other business documents Plan team activities and events Collect photos and captions for social media content and posts Support the building & construction leadership team with the recruitment process Perform ad hoc admin duties as and when requiredAbout You As the successful applicant, you will have:
Strong communication skills, including the ability to collaborate with othersStrong work ethic and a can-do attitude Certification in Administration, Business, Communication, Marketing, Graphic Design/VisualProven experience as an administrative assistant in the construction industry (desirable) not essentialProficiency in using MS Office suite including SharepointPrevious experience using Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and/ or Illustrator (desirable)About McMahon Services You'll be working with one of Australia's largest privately-owned construction, industrial and environmental services organisations.
