Job Description The Opportunity Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 per annum + super (pro-rata) The Racing Training team is looking for an experienced Administration Assistant to join on a part-time basis, working 3 days per week .
In this role, you will provide administrative support to the Racing Training Team, helping to ensure the smooth operation of RWWA's Racing Training programs and initiatives.
To achieve success in the role you will need to demonstrate your experience in: Maintain and keep up-to-date participant training records Scan and file coursework, participant documentation, and other documents or records as required Process invoices for payment as required Assist with ensuring the Racing Training website is kept up to date with industry relevant information as instructed Print and compile documents, including workbooks, for training classes Minute team meetings Undertake other administration duties as required Assist in organising coursework for upcoming training sessions as directed Track qualification progress and outcomes using various reporting systems Upload documents relating to coursework progression, such as Racing and Trial comments for apprentice jockeys or drivers Upload incidents into Protecht or other hazard reporting systems as required Upload apprentice jockey riding claims to website or other systems as required Communicate information to participants about upcoming training sessions.
Qualifications About You: Excellent attention to detail Well-developed computer literacy skills within the Microsoft Office/Windows Environment and data entry skills Be able to handle sensitive information in a responsible and compliant manner Demonstrated communication skills both written and verbal   Time management skills and ability to multi-task Ability to work independently and part of a team Experience working within an RTO would be advantageous Additional Information What are you waiting for?
