ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT – PART-TIME Unlimited Bins is a family owned business based in Coburg North and has been established for more than 20 years, providing supply of skip bins to a wide range of Melbourne suburbs.
We have an opportunity available for an experienced Administration Officer to join our team on a Part -Time basis, Monday to Friday from 7.00am to 1.00pm.
The objective of this role is to carry out day-to-day administrative tasks. You'll play a vital role in coordinating our daily fleet & engaging directly with our customers to ensure great service.
You will undertake a range of administration and clerical tasks including:
Creating and processing invoices and payments through XERO accounting softwareMonitoring the business emailProvide general office support where neededHandle inbound customer calls, delivering high-level service and support.Working with a Bin Manager program and updating information on jobs as requiredCoordinate and allocate daily jobs to our driversSchedule and manage deliveries and pick-ups efficiently.To be successful in this position you will need:
