Position Details:

Job Title: Administration Assistant (Part-Time)
Location: Work from home 4 days a week, 1 day in the office
Hours: 9:00 am to 2:00 pm

Key Responsibilities:

Phone & Email Management: Promptly and professionally manage phone calls and emails, ensuring clear communication with clients, partners, and team members.
Administrative Support: Provide essential support to the two Directors, assisting with various tasks and projects as needed.
Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events for the Directors.
Customer Interaction: Maintain a positive, helpful demeanour when interacting with customers, clients, and stakeholders.
Client Inquiries: Address inquiries and provide assistance with professionalism and courtesy.
Training & Development: Engage in comprehensive training to become proficient in company procedures and practices.
Community Engagement: Contribute to building a trusted local brand by engaging with the Gold Coast community and clients.
