About Us:
We're a vibrant team of three A-Grade electricians based in Northcote, Melbourne, delivering exceptional electrical services to the inner north. Quality, honesty, and reliability are at the heart of what we do. While we prioritise completing our work effectively, we also maintain a light-hearted atmosphere and provide genuine support to one another throughout the process.
 
The Role: 
You'll be the backbone of our operations, keeping everything running smoothly and ensuring nothing slips through the cracks. This is a role where you'll have real impact – we're looking for someone who can jump in, take initiative, and help us grow!
5hrs per day, 5 days a week. Admin Excellence: Handle the day-to-day admin tasks – invoicing, client follow-ups, job tracking, and making sure all processes run like clockwork.Client Whisperer: You'll be the friendly point of contact for our clients, managing phone calls, emails, and setting up new clients in our job managment system Simpro.Process Guru: We're always open to new ideas, so you'll help us streamline and improve our systems, creating and implementing processes that keep us ahead of the game.Team Player: Be an integral part of the team, contributing to a supportive and collaborative crew that values strong connections and working together.

Admin Experience: You've got experience, ideally with a trade business, and you know your way around Simpro, Xero, and Asana.Organised & On the Ball: You thrive on organisation – if there's a task to be done, you've already got it sorted. You're someone who loves ticking things off the list.Tech-Savvy: You're comfortable with systems and ready to help us automate where we can.People-Person: Whether you're chatting with a client or teaming up with us, you're kind, approachable, and great at making connections. You've got a natural talent for customer service.Upbeat & Energetic: We love keeping things light, so if you bring good vibes and a positive attitude to work, you'll thrive here.
