As Administration Assistant & Office Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in our operations and provide exceptional service to all external and internal clients.
In addition to this, you will work closely with our Lead Agents providing administrative support where required!
An average day working as an Administration Assistant & Office Coordinator will include:Providing exceptional customer service to all Customers, Clients & Colleagues.Receive and delegate incoming calls with knowledge and confidence.Manage and maintain the meeting rooms bookings, calendar, and cleanliness/upkeep.Preparing Form 6s, Contracts and Marketing, including processing such documents.Providing support to our sales functions in an administrative and compliance capacity.Contributing to the role with new ideas and identifying new opportunities to improve client satisfaction.General office operational duties.To be successful in this role, you will have:Minimum of 1 year working in an administrative/reception position.1 year experience working in the residential real estate industry is highly regarded but not essential.Strong time management skills and attention to detail.Positive, 'how can I help' attitude with the ability to be adaptable to change.Professional presentation with strong written and verbal communication skills.Why Place?At Place, we work hard but we also recognise the importance of a fun culture.
