Duties will include: Answering phones/emailsManaging calendarsDrafting letters and preparing reportsOrganising filesCoordinating training arrangements in consultation with the Farm Operations Manager and the WHS and Training OfficerManage the Contractor Management System, coordinating contractor requirements in consultation with the Farm Operations Manager, Farm Leading Hands, and the HR and Compliance ManagerCoordinate meetings in consultation with the Farm Operations Manager including: Schedule monthly Leadership Team and Tool Box meetingsRequirements: Certificate II to IV in Administration; or relevant experience minimum 3 years.Current First Aid CertificateCurrent Driver's LicenceExcellent verbal and written communicationOrganised and able to meet deadlinesTreats people with respect regardless of their status or position by keeping commitments and inspiring trust of othersWorks with integrity and ethicallyReacts well under pressureTakes responsibility for own actionsPlease note that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted directly.
