Administration Assistant RetireAustralia invites you to join our team at Magill Retirement Village on a full-time basis.
We are seeking a passionate, organised and customer focused administrator who is enthusiastic about embracing a busy, hands-on environment. You will be responsible for ensuring all administration duties are undertaken within specific timeframes and budgets, with accuracy and in a professional manner.
This role is integral to our Village, ensuring that we are placing our residents at the centre of everything we do.
The Position Reporting to the Village Manager, you will be responsible for:
Reception and general administration tasks via face to face, phone, and electronic communication channels. Updating and maintaining computerised record management and databases. Liaising with key stakeholders to contribute to the success of the Village. Working within established operating budgets and guidelines provided by the Village Manager. #J-18808-Ljbffr
