Well-established and supportive environment Dynamic and interesting role $70k + super + tax free benefit  Inner West location Free car parking on site The Company Our client, a not for profit organisation providing high-quality and affordable housing,is a seeking an Administration Assistant to support to the CEO and other Managers in a variety of administration tasks.
The Role This is an excellent junior position to launch or build upon your professional career.
This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Full training is provided.
Key Responsibilities: Communications & Coordination: Manage calls, emails, and meetings; take minutes and prepare reports Office Management: Maintain physical and digital files, manage office supplies, and liaise with vendors Work Health & Safety (WHS): Support WHS activities, compliance, and training coordination HR Support: Handle onboarding documentation and assist with ad-hoc HR tasks Risk & Compliance: Maintain risk registers, update policies, and ensure compliance with standards Collaboration: Work effectively with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders Projects: Assist with research and support special projects as required Skills and Experience Minimum 12 months' experience in an Office Administrator/Team Assistant role Minimum HSC qualification/ University degree preferred Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent stakeholder management and organisational abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office Attention to detail, discretion, and professionalism Ability to work both independently and collaboratively Strong time management skills to balance priorities and meet deadlines Curtis Partnership specialises in Property, Sales, Marketing & Operations, Information Technology, Finance and Accounting recruitment.
