About the role: Here's your opportunity to support the healthcare professionals who look after our community. Join our dedicated IT team as an Administration Assistant where your role will be pivotal in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our Information Technology Department. This position is ideal for an administration professional who excels in a dynamic environment, with a keen eye for detail and a strong ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Your role will involve essential administrative, financial, IT contracts and purchasing support, and maintaining effective supplier relationships.
We are looking for: Previous experience in administrative support such as purchasing, contracts, financial reconciliation and reporting. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes. Demonstrated ability to work under pressure whilst planning, organising and managing competing priorities.
