THE COMPANY: Professional leading Insurance Broker located at Penshurst. Working in a small friendly team you will become part of the family.
THE POSITION: This is a newly created position due to expansion and progression within the business. Reporting to Senior Management, your focus will be to provide administrative support to clients, insurers, and senior brokers. This role is varied and challenging and will see you achieve and progress.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Customer serviceProcessing warranty invoices, claims, and certificatesAnswering enquiries and liaising with clientsCoordination of relevant paperwork and submission to insurersAssist with accounts - Debtors letters/statementsAssist Senior Management with all administration functionsDevelop customer relationshipsData entryGeneral administration dutiesSKILLS & REQUIREMENTS: Excellent written and verbal communication skillsHigh attention to detailAbility to work unsupervised and in a teamProvide high level customer service at all timesConduct yourself in a professional mannerMinimum 3-4 years in a similar roleInsurance or real estate industry experience, highly regarded but not essentialIntermediate to advanced computer skills - MS OfficeON OFFER: Discounts on insurance productsRDO per monthGreat team environmentOpportunity to progress your career within the Insurance industryHOURS: 8.30 am - 5.00 pm with 1 RDO/month or 9.00 am - 5.00 pm No RDO
WORK TYPE: Permanent Full Time
SALARY: $65K + Super (Negotiable depending on experience)
