Administration Assistant - Infectious Diseases Epidemiology We are lookingfor administration superstar to join our InfectiousDiseases Epidemiology team, here at the Telethon Kids Institute! The team has a particular interest inacute chest infections which are a major cause of childhood illness and are involvedin a wide range of studies. As the AdministrationAssistant, you will support Team Leads, researchers, students and staffmembers by assisting in the efficient functioning and achievement of goalswithin allocated time frames. With a supportiveteam around you, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Diary management of the team heads. Regularly update professional and research CVs and profiles across various platforms (e.g., website, grant application portals, seminar flyers). Facilitate local and international travel arrangements for the team (directly or via travel agents) including registration, transportation, accommodation and visa arrangements where necessary. Assist the team with the submission of scientific publications, technical reports and grant applications including but not limited to collating relevant information and formatting templates. Provide secretariat support including preparation of agenda, papers, minutes and actions as required. Establish and maintain stakeholder relationships through effective communication to ensure successful outcomes of projects. Conveniently basedin our offices in Nedlands, this position will be offered on apart-time basis with flexible working hours (0.5 - 0.7 FTE). Excellent people skills with a desire to help others and the ability to develop collaborative relationships. Excellent verbal and written communication skills including with multi-level stakeholders.
