We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and committed, customer service focused  Administration Assistant  to provide administrative support to the Brightwater at Home Team.  This position is offered on a permanent full-time basis, working in our new state-of-the-art office in Inglewood . Reporting to the Service Leader Administration, you will have excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage competing deadlines to ensure all tasks are completed with both accuracy and efficiency. Your duties will include (but not limited to): Updating client information in the My Aged Care provider portal. Setting up and maintaining account packages for clients. Setting up claims for services we provide to clients. Processing of client orders Processing Services Australia paperwork and uploading it to the relevant system. Processing of invoices and associated package adjustments Assisting with weekly processing of payroll and other administrative tasks as required To be successful in this role you will have: Previous experience in an administration position. Experience with Home Care packages (highly desirable) Excellent computer skills with sound knowledge of Microsoft applications including Outlook, Word, Excel. Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills and the ability to liaise with diverse people in an informative, positive and customer-focused manner. Demonstrated ability to organise and prioritise tasks, work effectively under pressure, problem solve, and meet deadlines.  Previous experience in Carelink and E10 (desirable). Previous experience in Aged Care - Community based (desirable). Current WA Drivers Licence (desirable).
