Your Role As an Administration Assistant, you'll provide essential administrative support to the Operations, Planning & Purchasing team to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of our department.
In close collaboration with key internal stakeholders, you'll contribute to the success of continuous improvement initiatives within our production site in Keysborough.
Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative support for the Operations, Planning, and Purchasing team.Manage correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.Maintain accurate records, including production reports and inventory documentation in NAV.Prepare reports, presentations, and materials as required.Assist in monthly stocktake and other administrative processes.Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives aligned with safety, quality, cost, and morale pillars.This is You: Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant.Excellent organisational and time management skills.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.Nice to Have: Experience in an operations environment, preferably within food manufacturing.Familiarity with health and safety regulations and standards.If you're intrigued by what you've read and eager to learn more, take a look inside our company culture: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TSI4cTKabls.
