The Melbourne campus also operates as an Event and Conference centre with accommodation and a diverse range of facilities.ABOUT THE ROLEWe are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administration Assistant to join our close-knit team based at our Ringwood campus.
This role enables you to provide a full range of administrative support to Eva Burrows College (EBC), with a key focus on business operations and college services.The opportunity is permanent, part-time (25 hours a week) onsite position.Key responsibilities:Prepare and develop reports, documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
Undertake finance administration tasks including data verification, billing preparation, card payment processing, and internal transfers.Perform a broad range of administrative tasks and provide reception coverage to support seamless office operations.Coordinate with senior managers and staff to implement administrative functions within set deadlines.ABOUT YOUThe ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills and demonstrated ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders across all levels.Key capabilities:Certificate III in Business Administration or similar qualification.Demonstrated experience in administrative roles within education, community services, or non-profit sectors.High attention to detail and sound time management skills.Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to think laterally.Solid level of computer literacy particularly with Microsoft Office Suite.WHY WORK FOR USTSA offers an inclusive work culture and strong opportunities for career development.
