Responsible for the day to day running of an established care facility, previous rostering experience desiredPrevious administration experience in a fast paced environment essentialWork with dedicated and passionate professionalsAbout the Company This established, privately owned healthcare provider has an exciting opportunity for a proactive Office Assistant, reporting directly into the Office Manager. This pivotal role will offer variety and the opportunity to grow administration and customer service skills. Please note you will be required to attend the office 5 days per week.
About the Role Meet and greet all visitors to the facilityProvide professional and confidential administrative support to the office managerSupport with HR Administration, including onboarding and payroll enquiriesCommunicate and build strong relationships internallyScreen all incoming calls and be a key stakeholder liaisonProvide support with event preparation and office facilitiesProcess invoices & expensesOffice management duties including maintaining an efficient filing system and archiving reports/papersThe ideal candidate will have Demonstrated experience in a similarly high-level administration support roleExperience in following office procedures and policiesIntermediate knowledge of the MS office suite including Word, Excel and PowerPointExpertise in providing diary managementExcellent communication skills both verbal and written, in particular accurate spelling and grammarThe ability to build strong relationships – a caring and positive approach to work and colleaguesStrong problem-solving skillsBenefits Be part of a passionate, collaborative and warm communityOnsite parkingBe supported to develop your careerHow to Apply If this role sounds like it would suit you, please click APPLY.
