The purpose of the role is to complement their friendly team by helping them manage the firm's corporate secretarial services and help the accountants to continue to deliver holistic support and advice to their clients.
This exciting role would suit someone who has previous experience within an Accounting Organisation.
Role responsibilities: Answering incoming telephone callsResponding to enquiriesMeeting and greeting clientsMaintenance of the office, including ordering of suppliesMail distributionSecurity managementOrganisation of office social eventsDealing with client, ASIC & ATO correspondenceMonitoring workflow for the team and maintaining team calendarsAttending to all ASIC matters including completion of ASIC Forms and minutesOther ad hoc duties as requiredSkills & experience: No formal qualifications are required although prior experience in an accountancy practice is essentialCandidate must demonstrate strong, practical experience in an office environment, dealing directly with professionals and their clientsStrong communication skills both written and verbalStrong computer skills are a pre-requisiteStrong organisational skills and the ability to work unassisted and as part of a motivated teamAbility to work to deadlinesCustomer focused approach How to apply Click APPLY today!
