About the Role We're looking for an experienced and service-oriented administrator to join our team at Caddens Village .
In this role, you'll provide top-notch support while fostering a warm, welcoming environment for our residents and visitors.
You'll bring care, attention to detail, and exceptional customer service to everything you do, making a positive impact every day.
Your Key Responsibilities Deliver outstanding service to residents with care and kindness.
Be the welcoming face of Caddens Village, embodying the values of Integrity, Justice, Compassion, and Service Excellence.
Respond promptly to resident and visitor inquiries with warmth and professionalism.
Manage administrative tasks efficiently, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Build strong working relationships with your team and contribute to a fun, collaborative culture.
About You You have experience in aged care or a similar environment (preferred).
You're an excellent communicator with a positive phone manner.
You're a whiz at time management and organisation.
You're proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook at an intermediate level.
