Administration Assistant

We are seeking an experienced admin person/customer service/bookkeeper to join our team. You will assist with customer inquiries, handle administrative tasks, support the company directors, and perform general office duties. The ideal candidate will manage the company's books, process payments, and oversee invoicing.
Lovett Construction Group Pty Ltd is a small residential construction company in the Blue Mountains specializing in decks, bathrooms, kitchens, and renovations. We have a team of 8 carpenters and subcontractors we work with to get our work done. It is a fast-paced and rewarding environment where things can change quickly.
This job is full-time, on-site.
