About the role We are on the lookout for an organised and dedicated Administration Assistant to join our Service with Service team in Sydney.
This role is a full-time permanent position.
You will be responsible for providing client instructions, update progress of files and generate reports and invoices using a user-friendly database.
Objectives Utilise our in-house file management database to enter client instructions, update progress of files and generate reports and invoices;Interpret initial instructions, instructions to commercial agents, processing commercial agent's updates, payments, invoicing clients and preparing Affidavits of Service;Liaise with clients and field agents via telephone and email;Following up our field agents to ensure files are actioned within internal and external guidelines and procedures and in accordance with relevant legislation;Provide exemplary customer service to our clients and achieve the best possible outcomes; andAssisting with any administrative duties where required. About you Ideally you will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in data entry and administrative processes or working in the legal industry, but if not, the right attitude and willingness to learn and grow will set you apart from the rest!
You're known for outstanding client service and communication skills (written & verbal).
You can professionally and sensitively deal with clients and third parties.
You have an eye for detail and exceptional time management skills.
