In the past year Carnegie has grown significantly, not only in its client base but also adding a presence in Barangaroo and the Central Coast. This growth has led to the Parramatta office needing a new team member to assist with providing timely, accurate and a friendly service to our clients. Our diverse team has access to a modern fitout, the best accounting systems and fantastic clients. 
Main tasks & responsibilities Answering incoming phone callsFinalisation and lodgment of tax returnsATO communication and liaisonAssisting with the maintenance of the CRMASIC responsibilities - such as setting up entities and maintaining the register Company and Trust formationsAssist Partners directly with internal and external matters on a daily basisQualifications & experience 2 + years accounting administration experience is necessaryIntermediate computer skills with MS office, including Excel. Industry software experience - NowInfinity, Xero Practice Manager, Xero, Docusign, FYI DocsStrong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy, initiative and reliability Flexible and adaptable, able to work and multi task in a changing and fast paced environment.A great, positive, can-do attitude is essential alongside excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
