About the Role At?MyIntegra, the Admin Assistant organizes and coordinates support for NDIS participants referred to?MyIntegra?for Support Coordination services?and will help to improve their lives and assist them in achieving their goals.
Your key responsibilities as an Admin includes:? Initiating, executing, and completing intake and onboarding tasks Refining customer requirements via telephone and email Ensuring quality standards are maintained when completing all administrative tasks.
Maintaining and developing relationships?with?mainstream?and?disability associations?service providers Identifying potential improvements to our existing services and processes About You To be successful in this role you will need to have: A minimum of 2 years' experience in an administrative role Experience working with people with disability will be desirable.
NDIS Worker Screening Check.
Strong communication skills?with ability to effectively present information and respond to question from groups of managers, clients & customers.
Advanced knowledge in Office Suite Superior skills in developing and maintaining stakeholder relationships.
Must be highly organized.
