We're looking for a customer service extraordinaire that loves a challenge. No two days are the same, and the right person will be quick on their feet, have a bubbly personality, and be an avid problem solver. You'll be speaking to customers every day over the phone, where we want you to 'wow' them with a bright and friendly first impression.
The role is Full Time 7:00am - 3:00pm (Monday-Friday), centrally located in a brand new office building in the heart of King William Street. Equipped with a gym in the building, and right by multiple public transport access points on our doorstep.
Responsibilities includes:
Answering and directing phone calls and emailsManaging calendars and scheduling appointmentsMaintaining office supplies and inventoryOrganising orders for deliveryGeneral administration tasks The ideal candidate will possess:
