Your new role


In your new role as an Administration Assistant, you will become a vital member of a bustling firm located in the heart of Adelaide's CBD. You will play a key role in a prestigious organization, with responsibilities that include but are not limited to: Perform general administrative and clerical tasks, such as managing correspondence, answering phone calls, handling office supplies, and supporting the Client Experience Officer. Assist with business operations by entering data, organizing files, preparing client documents, managing archives, and distributing mail. Oversee ASIC compliance by preparing and submitting required forms, maintaining company registers, and assisting with ASIC-related documentation. Welcome clients and visitors, schedule client meetings, and provide administrative support for client presentations and materials. Maintain office cleanliness and functionality, manage facilities, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Collaborate with team assistants and the Practice Management Group, support firm-wide meetings and events, and help update and maintain firm policies and processes. What you'll need to succeed


To be considered for this role, you will meet the following criteria:
Skilled typist with a minimum speed of 60 wpm and 98% accuracy. Experienced in using MS Office Suite products, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams. Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with a strong attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a friendly and professional attitude. Strong time management capabilities, able to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines. Capable of working independently, as well as collaboratively with supervisors and staff. What you'll get in return
