The Opportunity MIGA is embarking on an exciting journey of growth. We are seeking a dynamic Administration Assistant who could contribute to achieving this goal by working independently and in strategic collaboration with key stakeholders including other senior managers, their departments, and operational peers to manage and control the operational plan in line with the purpose and the strategic direction of MIGA.
Reporting to the Office Administrator & Personal Assistant to the Head of Corporate Services, this position will be responsible for:
Handling all day-to-day issues associated with MIGA's receptionProviding professional customer service by handling customer enquiries in a timely mannerProviding effective facilities to support managers and staffCoordinating meeting roomsManaging office suppliersProviding administration support to the Customer Service & Support departmentProviding support to the Finance Support Officer in relation to the accounts payable payment runs and finance related tasks.What we're looking for Success in this position is characterised by effective collaboration and meaningful contribution to the attainment of both individual and team goals with the ability to build effective relationships across broader stakeholder groups, along with:
Proven experience in an administrative roleThe ability to be available to work in the office Monday – Friday, 9.00am – 5.30pm.Although not essential, it is desirable if you have,
