Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented professional Administration Assistant with a passion for organisation and accuracy. You will play a crucial role and complement office operations with administrative support.
Key Responsibilities (but not limited to): Administration duties related to the operations. Support to Admin team and cover staff while on leave. Daily administration tasks including reception support. Coordinate, administer and maintain records. Providing assistance to customers regarding products. Assisting administrative duties including purchasing and invoicing. Assisting with development and implementation of organisational procedures and protocols. Ensuring documentation is accurate and completed in a professional and timely manner. Liaising with both internal and external stakeholders. Data entry. Other tasks as directed. Skills and Qualifications: High level attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent written and verbal communications skills. Sound computer skills including Microsoft Office. Advanced Excel Skills (preferred but not essential). Proficiency in financial software - Xero experience (preferred but not essential). Why Join Us?
