These roles are office-based 3 days and work-from-home 2 days once training is complete. Your new role Provide administrative support services, including filing, mail and correspondence management, and document creation and storage. Update databases and manage records. Provide customer service and assist with ad hoc tasks. Perform data entry into multiple databases. What you'll need to succeed 2-3 years Office administration experience within a busy environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a high level of empathy and resilience. Tech-savvy and proficient in navigating multiple systems, including the Microsoft Office suite. High attention to detail Proactive and positive mindset, with the ability to troubleshoot independently. Reliable internet connection and a private, quiet working space for effective work-from-home arrangements.
