The primary function of the role is to support the daily administrative operational requirements of the Mercy Food Services with a specific focus on operational efficiency. It will proactively perform administrative tasks related to service delivery, business support, systems administration, and any other tasks as directed by the Team Leader. The role will also work closely with the Head Chef and Corporate Chef to provide administration support to meet business needs and growth.
Actively partner with stakeholders and colleagues to support service and operational objectives.
Perform typical administrative duties which may include but are not limited to:Filing and record maintenanceCoordinate management of incoming and outgoing mailPrepare and scan documentationParticipate in the implementation of projects, undertaking training and education as necessaryAbout youThe successful applicant will outline the following:
