The IHR program assists couples and singles on the Sunshine Coast who are at imminent risk of or experiencing homelessness through the provision of an immediate housing response.The Administration Assistant will undertake day-to-day administration tasks and assist with maintaining staff rosters to support the IHR team.What's on offer?Part-time employment contract until 30th June 202560 hours across a flexible working week between Monday to Friday business hoursWork based in MaroochydoreSalary base $66,000 pro rata per annum + superannuationNot-for-profit salary packaging options to increase take-home pay (package up to $15,900 per FBT year)Career and professional development opportunitiesPositive and supportive work environmentFree access to the CALM Premium App + Flight Centre personal travel discountsAccess to the Employee Assistance Program (EAP)Key objectives:Act as a first point of contact for stakeholders or accommodation or contacting the program, via phone or electronic communicationsAssist the Coordinator with establishment of collection of rent and record keeping.Assist in the management of relationships with accommodation providers, follow-up rent payments and renewal of service agreementsComplete timely and accurate administrative tasks as required, including (but not limited to): data collection and entry, records maintenance, and filingSupport the onboarding process of new staff members and volunteers in collaboration with the HR teamResponsible for purchasing and ensuring accurate levels of stock and dealing with external suppliersAssisting in updating and maintaining staff rostersKey requirements:Demonstrated experience in administration support or similarIntermediate skill level with the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint requiredExperience engaging with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholdersThe ability to work with initiative and autonomyStrong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skillsExceptional attention to detail and accuracyThe ability to manage multiple and competing prioritiesMust hold or be willing to obtain if successful:Valid Queensland Driver's License with no restrictions, and own reliable transportQLD Working with Children Check (Paid Blue Card)Licensed Care Service Suitability Check (LCS2)National Criminal History Check (a new check will be conducted through IFYS systems)If you would like further information on this role, please call and ask to speak to Ameena in the Recruitment team or email #J-18808-Ljbffr
