Our client, a renowned property developer, is looking for a skilled Administration Assistant to join their Corporate Administration team in West Perth. This role involves managing reception duties while providing essential office support and general administrative assistance across multiple departments. Positioned at the reception, you'll be an integral part of a dynamic corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities Manage reception area, ensuring timely, professional service for visitors and calls, and maintaining a tidy lounge area.Oversee visitor book, passes, and monitor company emails, forwarding or responding as appropriate.Coordinate meeting room bookings, ensuring rooms are tidy and ready for use throughout the day.Handle daily mail, deliveries, and book couriers/taxis as needed.Update reception manual as required.Office Support Services Arrange catering and supplies for office events and meetings, including purchase orders.Order office supplies and support the Facilities Coordinator with vehicle bookings, contact lists, and purchase orders.Assist the Corporate Administrator with board meetings, sponsorship events, and administrative tasks.Support office induction for new hires and provide administrative assistance for HR and WHS activities.The Candidate The ideal candidate is proactive, solution-oriented, and focused on continuous improvement, with a collaborative "can-do" attitude and flexibility to handle a variety of administrative tasks. Prior experience in office-based administration support is essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Outlook, and Excel.
