Has level 2-3 administration skill set.
Starting on a 3-6 month contract with possible extension for the right candidates.Multiple locations: East Perth, Joondalup, Nedlands, Perth CBD locationsPay bracket: $35-45ph + Super (TEMP)REQUIRED SKILLS:Provision of administrative and business support.Experience using a range of computer software, MS office suite.Scanning documents Ability to follow procedures and processes accurately and effectively.Transcribes source data into the required electronic format.Transfers information from paper formats into computer files using keyboards, data recorders, or optical scanners.Performs high-volume data entry using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or other computer software.Verifies integrity of data by comparing it to source documents.Reviews data for errors, missing pages, or missing information and resolves any discrepancies.Maintains a filing system and protects confidential customer information.Strong attention to detail with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Work organisation with the ability to meet work schedules and deadlines.Demonstrated experience working with customers from diverse social and cultural backgrounds, and vulnerable customers, in a sensitive and culturally appropriate wayManage reception and telephone enquiries.
