Administrative Assistant (Administration & Office Support) Vic Park City is a leading automotive dealership in Perth, known for delivering exceptional customer service and a comprehensive range of top-quality vehicles.
We pride ourselves on a friendly and professional team environment and are seeking an organized and motivated Administrative Assistant to join us.
Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to the dealership's management team and other departments.Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries professionally.Maintain and update customer databases and dealership records.Assist with scheduling appointments, vehicle registrations, and processing documents.Coordinate office supplies and ensure the smooth operation of office equipment.Support the sales team with administrative tasks including preparing contracts and vehicle paperwork.Assist in maintaining a welcoming and efficient office environment.About You: Strong organisational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).Ability to work autonomously and in a team-oriented environment.Experience in an administrative role is preferred but not required.Enthusiastic and customer-focused with a can-do attitude.Previous experience in a dealership environment an advantage, however not essential.Working rights for Australia.What We Offer: A friendly, supportive work environment.Competitive salary and benefits.Career growth opportunities within the dealership.Full training and development provided.How to Apply: Ready to become a part of the Vic Park City family?
