Our client is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administration Assistant to join their dynamic team, for a 2 months assignment. This role offers an exciting opportunity to assist the project manager and team by managing project-related documents and information. Key Responsibilities: Greeting and directing visitors, answering and routing phone calls, and handling incoming and outgoing mail to ensure a smooth and professional front desk experience.Overseeing office supplies and inventory management, coordinating maintenance and repairs for office equipment, and ensuring the office environment is clean, organised, and conducive to productivity.Managing, organising, and maintaining both electronic and physical documents. This includes ensuring proper filing, archiving, and retrieval of documents, as well as maintaining confidentiality and security of sensitive information.Assist Project Managers with various tasks such as meeting scheduling, agendas, attending meetings, minutes taking and dissemination, and any other administration tasksPrepare, coordinate, proofread and format all project documentation including submissions, tenders, fee letters, project reports, specifications, correspondence and other project documentationKey Requirements: Strong verbal and written communication skillsExcellent organisational and attention to detailProficient in MS Office toolsProfessional demeanour with strong interpersonal skillsPrevious experience in document management, including filing, archiving, and ensuring document security, along with general administrative support such as scheduling and data entryOpportunity to work in a supportive, inclusive environmentKey role in coordinating cross-functional activitiesChance to contribute to high-quality service deliveryAboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples are encouraged to apply.
