We're open to discussing part-time and other flexible arrangements that will help you succeed in this role.You will join a supportive team that is trusted for its integrity, professionalism, and expertise.About the RoleWe are looking for a proactive Administration Assistant to support the operation of the Energy Markets division for a 10 month contract with the possibility for extension.You will assist the division's management group, including the Executive Director and Assistant Directors, as well as the division's project and functional teams. This includes records management activities and assisting with the formatting and editing of reports and other written materials produced by the division to ensure consistency with the style guide. You will prepare template-based and similar correspondence as well as co-ordinating the publication of documents and website updates. You will coordinate internal and external meetings, forums, and workshops, manage shared calendars and monitor group email boxes.You will be a self-starter, be able to work independently as well as part of a team across all levels of the division and have excellent organisation skills. You will also have excellent oral and written communication skills and be proficient in the Microsoft Office suite of products.About the ERAThe ERA is the independent economic regulator of electricity, gas, water and rail in Western Australia. We strive to make sure current and future consumers pay no more than necessary for safe and reliable utilities.The Regulation division administers licensing schemes for the electricity, gas and water industries, and the registration scheme for AES providers. This includes monitoring and enforcing compliance with licences and registrations and reviewing and approving licensing customer protection instruments.
