This role is the face and voice of Phoenix Shopping Centre, dealing with customers, contractors, retailers and staff members. Our ideal candidate will be a people person who can multi-task, be calm in the face of conflicting priorities, and enjoys a varied work load.
You will be responsible for:
Attending to the Reception desk in-person and taking calls promptly, with a high level of customer service demonstrated at all times to customers, tenants and contractors General administrative office duties as specified by the Centre Manager Assisting the Finance Manager and Operations Manager in raising contracts/ purchase orders and creditor invoice payments on MRI, including supplier/vendor setup and modification prior to payments Assist the Finance Manager with lease administration including public liability and bank guarantee collection Co-ordinate and communicate induction processes on Cm3 and Sine as required for contractors Assist with collecting and entering sales and traffic figures from tenants on a monthly basis Assist with the administration of any centre marketing/promotion activities Interested?
